These packages are usually dispatched within 1-5 business days. If I’m away at a show, there might be a slight delay.
Delivery in Canada
Delivery in Canada is via ChitChats, who often hands off to a partner carrier for the final delivery. Your tracking will give you that information. Occasionally, certain postal codes fall outside the delivery area for my carrier and in those cases I will use Canada Post. You can also request a specific carrier and I will accommodate where I am able, sometimes for an additional fee.
Delivery to the US
Delivery to the US has resumed once again after things have smoothed out a bit at the border. Be aware that things are constantly in flux. As of this moment (Fall 2026), things appear to be moving normally.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy and satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away. We want to do our best to make it right or provide a refund (less return shipping fees) or an exchange (less return shipping fees)
Shipping Policies
We take pride in our packaging and shipping. Framed prints and original watercolours are double-boxed for safe and secure shipping. In the unlikely event of damage, please contact us immediately with photos and we’ll make it right.
Customs and Duty
With all the recent tariff changes on US shipments, tariffs are now being handled by me, the shipper, when your order is prepared for transit. As a result of increased costs, shipping costs to the US are also slightly higher.
