Christmas Deliveries

Right now (as of December 8th), things are still moving along well with Canada Post Expedited. A reasonable cut-off date for Christmas delivery in Canada would be December 17th (although I can't guarantee timely arrival). Unless you contact me for a shipping upgrade, single calendars and under 10 art cards ship by regular post

Originals and Framed Prints

These packages are dispatched within 1-3 business days and ship via Canada Post Expedited.

Delivery within Canada is 2-7 business days (usually 2-3 days in Ontario)

Delivery to the USA is 4-9 business days

Tracking will be provided for framed prints, originals and larger card/magnet orders.

 Art Cards and Calendars

These packages are dispatched within 1-3 business days and ship via Canada Post Standard. Delivery within Canada is usually 3-10 business days.

Delivery to the USA is usually 5-14 business days.

Tracking is not provided for art cards and magnets unless the order is large enough to warrant a box instead of flat packaging.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy and satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away. We want to do our best to make it right or provide a refund (less return shipping fees)

Shipping Policies

We take pride in our packaging and shipping. Framed prints and original watercolours are double-boxed for safe and secure shipping. In the unlikely event of damage, please contact us immediately with photos and we’ll make it right.

 Customs and Duty

 Any customs fees or duty that may be incurred during shipping are the responsibility o the buyer. We have not had any feedback or comments from USA customers about additional duty or customs charges so we believe packages are reaching American destinations without additional charges.
